Digital products

AI Prompt sells reusable prompt instructions, guides, example concepts, and related digital downloads. Product descriptions state what is included. Access is delivered after Stripe confirms a successful payment.

Your license

A purchase gives one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the purchased prompts to create their own lawful content. Ownership of the prompt pack, guide, site copy, layout, and other original store materials remains with AI Prompt.

• You may use resulting images for personal or commercial projects, subject to the rules of the AI service you use.
• You may not share, resell, publish, upload, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage purchased prompts or files.
• You may not use one purchase to provide the original prompt files to a group, membership, marketplace, or prompt library.

Responsible use

You are responsible for having the right to upload and use any face, photograph, logo, artwork, or other material supplied to an AI service. Do not use the products for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, or rights-infringing content. Creative prop descriptions do not provide operational instructions and must not be used to facilitate harm.

Third-party services

Stripe, Higgsfield, and any other AI or payment service are independent third parties with their own terms, plans, credits, availability, and content rules. Buying an AI Prompt product does not include a subscription or credits for those services. AI Prompt is not affiliated with or endorsed by people, brands, characters, or companies that may inspire fictional example concepts.

Results and availability

AI output can change between generations, models, settings, and service updates. Example images demonstrate a creative direction, not a promise of an identical result. AI Prompt does not guarantee that a third-party service will remain available or continue supporting a particular feature.

Payment, access, and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate checkout information and authorize the stated one-time charge. Access links and cookies are for the purchasing customer and should be kept private. Refund eligibility is governed by the Digital Product Refund Policy.

Limits and changes

To the extent permitted by law, AI Prompt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, prompts, output, or third-party services. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived. AI Prompt may update the store, products, security controls, and these terms, and may suspend access connected to fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized redistribution.
