Information we process

When you buy a digital product, Stripe collects the payment and checkout information needed to process the transaction. AI Prompt receives limited order information needed to verify payment and deliver access, such as a Stripe checkout-session reference, payment status, purchased product, and checkout email.

The custom-request form currently prepares a message inside your browser. The form is not submitted to AI Prompt until you choose to copy and send that message through a communication service.

How information is used

• Verify purchases and unlock the correct digital product.
• Maintain access, prevent unauthorized sharing, and troubleshoot delivery.
• Respond to customer-support, refund, or order questions.
• Protect the store against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Meet applicable accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

Payments and service providers

Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy practices. AI Prompt does not receive or store your complete card number. Hosting, database, and file-storage providers may process limited technical information required to operate and secure the website.

Cookies and local access

After a verified purchase, the site places a secure, HTTP-only access cookie in your browser. This cookie is used to remember which protected product you purchased and is not used for advertising. Access cookies may expire, be removed when browser data is cleared, or stop working when used on another device.

Retention and security

Order and entitlement records are kept as reasonably necessary to provide access, handle disputes and refunds, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements. AI Prompt uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask for information about an order record, request a correction, or ask that eligible personal information be deleted. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal reasons. Use the store contact section and include the email used at checkout so the order can be located.

Children and policy updates

AI Prompt is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. This policy may be updated as the store or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
